Robert Costin pursues a diverse musical career as a teacher, organist, and harpsichordist. He has played in cathedrals and concert halls all over the world, and his recordings have garnered international acclaim. Robert’s extensive repertoire is driven by artistic curiosity, with the music of J.S. Bach being a constant in his musical journey. He has commissioned and premiered works by renowned composers, including Sir Stephen Hough and David Briggs.

Teaching has always been integral to Robert’s musical endeavors, and he has held positions in the UK, Italy, and Thailand. Currently, he is the Head of Academic Music at Sherborne School.

Robert's musical career began as a chorister at Peterborough Cathedral. He pursued his studies at the Royal Academy of Music and Pembroke College, Cambridge, where he was an organ scholar and studied for a degree in music. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Organists at the age of nineteen.
